Le projet
À la demande du responsable des ressources humaines de la SPA de l’Estrie, cette affiche répondait à un besoin concret de recrutement : maintenir un bassin de candidatures afin de soutenir les besoins en personnel du refuge.
L’approche
J’ai conçu une déclinaison de marque « SPA — Carrières », en respectant l’identité visuelle existante tout en lui donnant une signature propre au recrutement — un système qui s’est ensuite étendu naturellement à d’autres besoins, comme « SPA — Bénévoles ». Un code QR intégré donne un accès direct aux offres, pour garder l’affiche simple et actionnable. Les visuels proviennent de la banque d’images de l’organisation, mettant de l’avant la diversité des postes disponibles au refuge.

The project
Commissioned by the SPA de l'Estrie's HR manager, this poster addressed a concrete recruitment need: maintaining a steady pool of applicants to support the shelter's staffing needs.
The approach
I designed a “SPA — Careers” sub-brand, staying true to the organization’s existing visual identity while giving it a distinct signature for recruitment — a system that later extended naturally to other needs, such as “SPA — Volunteers.”
An integrated QR code gives direct access to job postings, keeping the poster simple and actionable. Visuals were drawn from the organization’s existing image bank, showcasing the range of roles available at the shelter.
